Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee internal order management and workflow enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Interface with business stakeholders to document operations and identify pain points

Lead discovery sessions and transform business requirements into technical designs

Create testing plans and manage change processes following releases

Required Qualifications

3+ years of Project / Process Management experience

4+ years of Operations experience

Extensive experience in documenting business processes and designing workflows

Experience with Salesforce / Community is a plus

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
