The Role

We are seeking a well experienced Lead Encapsulation Operator who will be responsible for executing the full encapsulation process from setup through finished product. This position requires strong technical knowledge of encapsulation equipment and the proven ability to maintain precision in capsule weight, closure, and quality under demanding production schedules.

In addition to machine operation, the Lead Encapsulation Operator takes on supervisory responsibilities, including assigning tasks, ensuring compliance, adherence to company procedures and mentoring less experienced operators. The ideal candidate combines technical ability with supervisory skills to ensure Factory6's encapsulation operations run with maximum efficiency, safety, and consistency.

Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Production

• Set up, calibrate, and operate encapsulation machines, polishers, and inspection equipment.
• Monitor capsule production for weight accuracy, closure integrity, and consistency.
• Conduct in-process quality checks (weights, dimensions, inspections).
• Perform machine changeovers and cleaning between batches.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and resolve deviations.
