We are looking to hire a Human Resources Coordinator for our client. This individual will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, internal communication, personnel administration, payroll control, and administrative support.
- Bilingual, Spanish and English is highly desired
- Minimum 3 years in an HR Coordinator or similar position is highly desired
- Effective communication and grammar
- Proactivity and leadership
- Organization and attention to detail
- Updated resume (non-jumpy), stable work history
- Professional disposition
- Strong administrative experience
- Type a minimum of 45 wpm - test administered at interview
- Intermediate Excel - test administered at interview
- Post job openings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Implement strategies to reduce turnover.
- Lead the process of attracting and hiring operational, administrative, and commercial staff.
