Job Description :

We are currently seeking a highly skilled In-House Drafter with expertise in Revit software, to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation. As our In-House Designer / Drafter, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' visions into reality through meticulously crafted floor plans and site plans.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to :

Qualifications include, but not limited to :

Proven experience in commercial construction design and drafting.

Stong understanding of construction documents

BIM knowledge

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

A creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.
