Age Group : Infants (Ages 6 weeks to 12 months)

Employment Type : Full-Time | On-Site

Hourly Rate : $18-$21 per hour | Based on education and experience

Merryhill Preschool is seeking an experienced, passionate, and driven  Infant Teacher  to lead our classroom at our premier preschool in Elk Grove, CA . What You’ll Do : \n

As an Infant Teacher with Merryhill Preschool, you’ll be responsible for :

\n \n

• \n

Overseeing daily classroom operations and ensuring full compliance with state licensing regulations

\n

\n

Designing and implementing thoughtful and intentional lessons in a classroom setting that encourage student growth and development.

\n

\n

Building meaningful relationships with families and creating a welcoming school culture

\n

\n

Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff.

\n

\n \n

What We’re Looking For :

\n \n

Completed 12 ECE Units  OR have an awarded CDA in the assigned age group.

\n \n

\n

Infant and toddler teachers will be required to have 3 Infant Toddler ECE Units completed.

\n

\n \n

\n

A minimum of 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.

\n

\n

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

\n

\n

The ability to often carry and lift 25 pounds or less and occasionally carrying 25-50 pounds.

\n

\n \n
