Superintendent - Data Center - Richmond, VA

The Superintendent - Data Center - Richmond, VA will :

• Direct and supervise all field activities on the data center worksite, ensuring alignment with plans and drawing packages
• Enforce strict adherence to safety standards (OSHA, site-specific plans) and conduct regular safety briefings
• Administer quality control processes, inspections, and punch lists to meet deliverable requirements
• Lead subcontractors, resolve field issues, and maintain accountability for performance
• Work closely with the Project Manager and General Superintendent to manage the schedule, two-week lookahead planning, and critical path tasks
• Track and document site progress, maintain site logs, and monitor material deliveries
• Represent the client at site coordination meetings with owners, vendors, and consultants
• Oversee project closeout, including training, turnover, and final commissioning support
