Job Description
Oversee and document daily job site activities, ensuring OSHA compliance. Direct field personnel and maintain alignment with project plans. Communicate progress and issues to the Project Manager daily. Collaborate with the General Superintendent on scheduling, materials, and personnel. Assist in developing and maintaining the project schedule and two-week look-aheads. Lead safety meetings and enforce safety program and site-specific plans. Manage quality benchmarks, inspections, and documentation. Supervise subcontractor performance and resolve field issues. Maintain organized site documentation and ensure proper material deliveries. Attend and lead various project meetings including safety, foreman, and owner coordination. Oversee project closeout activities including punch lists and owner training.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction field operations. Valid applicable area licenses. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage change, ambiguity, and competing priorities. Business judgment to balance budget constraints with construction processes.
