As a Professional Engineer specializing in Telecommunications, you will support various telecom engineering projects throughout the country and work on challenging projects to develop and expand your telecom understanding.

What are the core responsibilities for the role?

• Design and draft Engineering projects in fiber optics and Wireless telecommunications
• Review and stamp Telecommunications drawings and designs for accuracy as needed for various municipalities
• Must be willing and able to obtain Professional Engineer Stamp in various markets as needed to satisfy client needs and demands
• Design Fiber Optic running lines and splice details
• Design new Wireless communications towers, Equipment Shelters, Antenna layout (including height and Azimuths), And Fiber optic cable running routes and lengths
• Modify existing Wireless communications drawings for new layouts and technologies
• Plan set development which includes details, site plans, drainage, grading, and electrical drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Work with Manager to Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines
• Manage project data files from various sources
• Be proactive and responsive in effectively communicating with colleagues and clients, both in-person and virtually / remotely
• Flexibility to learn and understand new design techniques as well as rely on subject matter specialists around you
