The Kitchen manager will provide leadership and guidance to hourly staff in specific areas of the restaurant during scheduled shifts. the Kitchen Manager must be able to perform all job functions of each crew position.

In addition, they will be accountable for driving guest experience, maintaining a hospitality-focused culture for internal and external guests, and developing a team of thoughtful team members.
Job Duties :
You'll ideally have at least a year's experience at executing under pressure in a high-volume, full service environment.
