Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Drive profitability through effective labor management, cost control, and strategic decision‑making.
- Analyze P&Ls, develop action plans, and lead the team in meeting revenue and profit goals.
- Forecast needs and manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Recruit, train, and retain high‑performing team members.
- Create a positive culture that promotes accountability, growth, and empowerment.
- Lead by example through hands‑on coaching, mentorship, and proactive leadership.
- Maintain a warm, memorable, and hospitality‑driven atmosphere for every guest.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to elevate the experience.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution to guest concerns.
- Partner with Operating Principle and HRBP on strategic planning, local marketing, and community engagement.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and new revenue channels.
- Uphold and champion the brand’s mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of restaurant leadership experience.Proven track record of running operations with high autonomy and meeting financial targets.Strong business acumen, decision‑making skills, and entrepreneurial mindset.Exceptional leadership, communication, and people‑development abilities.Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and team culture.What We Offer
