Job description
A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to design, build, and guide the delivery of scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Salesforce developers in designing and delivering high-quality solutions
Mentor junior developers and provide architectural guidance on projects
Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions while ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines
Required Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience
Proven track record in technical leadership roles or leading project teams
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; higher-level certifications preferred
Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce project implementations
