Employment Litigation Associate

Location : Los Angeles

Experience : 2-10 years

Compensation : $180,000 - $400,000

Work Schedule : Hybrid

Key Requirements :

• 2+ years of employment litigation experience on the defense side
• Prior Am Law 100 experience required
• Graduate from a Top 30 law school preferred
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

About the Position :

You will manage various complex commercial matters from inception to resolution, including depositions, court appearances, settlement negotiations, trials, and appeals. We work as a unified team, often collaborating on strategy and litigation matters.
