Job descriptionPerform thorough reviews of complex invoices handled by the billing team, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage intercompany billing data and send detailed billing information to customers. Analyze quotes and related costs to validate invoice details. Utilize Power BI and other tools to compile and deliver insightful reports. Collaborate with internal staff to resolve billing inquiries and facilitate smooth processes. Manage multi-part invoices for large institutional clients (intercompany, client, and other components). Work closely with the Account Services team to support client-related billing needs. Supervisory experience is a plus (either directly managing or reviewing and validating the work of the team) within a billing / accounting role. Preferred experience within a manufacturing or disribution environment. Strong experience with MS Excel. Detailed and mathematical mindset.
Billing Supervisor
Annual Compensation (DOE) : $70,000.00 - $85,000.00
