Billing Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Billing Specialist to prepare and write credit memos to customers and debit memos to vendors. You will also itemize coupons and frequent buyer cards, and calculate appropriate data to provide proper backup amounts to vendors on billed back items.

Qualifications :

Work Environment :

Join a family-run company with a fun and uplifting department. The team is hardworking and open to adapting and streamlining processes. Currently implementing Acumatica to make processes more efficient. You will work closely with buyers and brand managers to handle percentage bill back, engaging with 125 different vendors. The billback team consists of three people. Training is conducted in small chunks to ensure you can fill in on the team as needed. The role is fully onsite with working hours from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with some flexibility after training, offering options like 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cottage Grove, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
