PM Line Cook

Located in beautiful Lincoln Square in Chicago's Northside, we are steps away from the Western Brown Line stop.

We are now seeking a full time PM Line Cook. The ideal candidate would have several years of experience working a grill station. Grilling proteins, fryer skills and face paced high volume experience are all needed for this position. Flexibility with various stations is a plus as cross training is an important part of being a line cook at The Warbler.

The Warbler is a fast paced, comfortable, neighborhood restaurant. We serve New American style cuisine with influences from the Mediterranean and Asia. We strive to create a positive, collaborative and high-energy atmosphere. The right candidate must be passionate, creative and outgoing with an emphasis on speed, teamwork, sense of urgency, quality and consistency.

Potential candidates must have full weekly availability, working the weekend is mandatory for consideration. The typical PM Line Cook shift is from 3pm-close, this position is for 5 shifts per week.
