IT Delivery Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives. Preferred candidates will have experience in managing enterprise-scale programs, ideally in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and success metrics

• Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, analysts, and vendors

• Implement delivery best practices, governance frameworks, and risk management strategies

• Track progress, provide regular reporting, and resolve delivery challenges proactively

• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT delivery or program management experience

• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Proven experience managing enterprise technology initiatives and cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Preferred: Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with cloud technologies
