Job descriptionProcess and verify shipping lists, ensuring all data is complete and accurate before dispatch. Coordinate and oversee pick & pack operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Manage light kitting projects, ensuring components are properly assembled and packed according to customer specifications. Prepare and manage outbound shipments using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and local courier services. Generate and maintain shipping documentation, including labels, manifests, and tracking records. Use Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data, including building Pivot Tables and using V-Lookups to validate information. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to meet shipping and kitting deadlines. Track shipments and resolve delivery issues with carriers as needed. Maintain organized records of all shipments, pick & pack, and kitting activities for audit and reporting purposes. Assist with inventory checks and other logistics-related tasks as assigned. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling shipping lists and data. Excellent organizational and communication skills. 2+ years of experience in shipping, fulfillment, or logistics coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups. Experience working with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and courier shipping systems. Experience coordinating pick & pack and light kitting operations. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling shipping lists and data. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Experience in a printing, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Familiarity with ERP or shipping management software.
