Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation's leading brands. We're looking to hire a Senior Production Lead – Creative Operations for a world favorite Entertainment Brand.
This is a long term W2 contract role which needs to be hybrid in LA.
(Please, only candidates who are currently in LA, no relocation offered)
Responsibilities :
- Lead production for style guides (packaging, retail marketing) and supplemental asset packs
- Create final, technically correct, organized, and partner-ready consumer product creative assets in various print and digital formats.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to file formats and conversions (e.g., RGB vs. CMYK, vector vs. rasterized, large format vs. web-optimized), ensuring creative delivery is smooth and on schedule.
- Manage uploads to partner-facing and internal resource asset libraries, ensuring naming, tagging, and version control are accurate and scalable.
- Partner with Operations to locate, manage, distribute, and archive assets across global teams.
- Oversee external vendors and freelancers
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as Licensing, Product Development, and Legal to ensure assets meet both creative and compliance requirements.
Requirements :
7+ years of experience in production design, asset management, or creative operations within entertainment, consumer products, or licensing.Senior-level responsibility for file prep, technical QC, and production workflows at a fast-paced major studio, agency, or consumer brand.Exceptional technical skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Advanced understanding of file setup, color management, export settings, and repro processes.Knowledge of digital formats, web assets, and digital ad specifications (static and animated).Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, and internal contributors.Proactive, curious, self-sufficient, and solutions-focused mindset.Perks & Benefits :
