Job Details

A leading distributor in the building automation industry is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in the Baltimore market. This position will provide hands-on expertise and guidance to our contractor partners. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in BAS systems who enjoys problem-solving, sharing knowledge, and supporting others in the field.

About the Role : As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll serve as the go-to resource for our Building Automation contractors, providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and product guidance. You’ll leverage your Niagara certifications and BAS experience to ensure our partners can deliver high-performing systems to their end clients. This position is based in Baltimore and offers the chance to work closely with contractors, engineers, and internal teams to strengthen customer relationships and drive successful outcomes.
