Description

Crawfish Cafe and Pho Prime are:Launching an exciting dual-concept restaurant, bringing together bold Viet-Cajun seafood and rich, flavorful Vietnamese cuisine under one roof.We’re looking for energetic, organized, guest-focused Hosts who are excited to be part of a growing restaurant group with opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities for Host Hostess
  • Answer the phone and manage waitlist
  • Enter take-out orders into system, pack take-out orders, and run food to curbside
  • Greet all guests as they enter the restaurant
  • Seat guests according to the established plan that ensures all waitstaff gets filled tables
  • Keep front desk and waiting area clean
  • Ensure takeout menus, mints and cards remain stocked and cleaned
  • Refill paper products in bathrooms, as needed
  • Assist with clean and resetting tables
Qualifications for Host Hostess
  • Keen attention to detail in order to track guest reservations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Follow appropriate food safety guidelines
  • Able to work a variety of shifts
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
