Audit Senior

Position Overview :

The Audit Senior will play a key role in conducting audits and providing financial reporting services for clients in the public accounting sector. This position requires a strong understanding of public accounting principles and standards, as well as knowledge of not-for-profit (NFP) and employee benefit plan (EBP) audits. The ideal candidate will also hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct audits of financial statements in accordance with public accounting standards
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and related documentation
• Assist in developing audit plans and programs for clients
• Perform risk assessment and identify potential areas for improvements in client's internal controls
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members
• Stay updated on changes in public accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits
