LMS System Administrator

This position is 100% remote but possibly could attend meeting at Whitehouse facility monthly. Best option is for candidate to be within driving range to Whitehouse Ohio facility. If candidate has majority of the qualifications and they are out of state, we will consider this candidate.
Qualifications :
- The qualifications for this role include a bachelor s degree in a related field and at least two years of LMS administration experience, preferably with a system like Absorb. Candidates should have strong knowledge of eLearning standards such as SCORM and xAPI, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with tools like Publisher, Articulate 360, Adobe, or HTML is a plus.
- The ideal candidate will have proven technical and administrative expertise, be skilled in creating learning materials, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- The administrator must be self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and committed to confidentiality and customer service.
- A collaborative team player with experience in corporate or global learning environments is preferred.
Responsibilities :
The responsibilities of this position include administering and maintaining the LMS platform, managing user accounts, and coordinating with vendors or IT for system updates.The administrator monitors data accuracy, troubleshoots technical issues, and manages various types of training content, including eLearning and instructor-led sessions.They are also tasked with creating learning paths, certifications, and curricula.The role involves cross-functional collaboration to develop e-learning content, generating reports on learning progress, and analyzing data to recommend improvements.The administrator provides technical support to all users, develops user guides and training materials, and manages the LMS mailbox and support tickets.Additionally, they ensure training records meet compliance standards, conduct regular audits, and participate in LMS-related upgrades and migrations.This position also manages end-to-end session logistics, including registration, participant tracking, and communications.The administrator maintains accurate records and serves as the main point of contact for all session-related details.
