A company is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design and sustainment of secure network environments for a Department of Defense enterprise initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure architectures for secure connectivity across various environments
Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues and ensure optimized throughput and reliability
Collaborate with teams to ensure network compliance with DoD standards and conduct periodic health checks and risk assessments
Required Qualifications
Must hold an active Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline
Minimum 7 years of experience in network engineering for enterprise-scale federal or defense environments
Expertise in routing and switching protocols and firewall management
Familiarity with DoD network compliance standards and experience with cloud-hybrid networks preferred
