Responsibilities

• Greet customers and scheduling service appointments
• Document customers' concerns and comments.
• Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
• Translate customers' repair problems into standard repair terminology
• Explain repairs to customers and review service history
• Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
• Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.
• Coordinate parts ordering and follow up appointment with customers.
• Provide the highest levels of customer service to retain dealership clientele.

Requirements

Service advisor / writer experience required

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

CDK / Reynolds experience helpful.

Professional appearance and attitude required

Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment

Must have valid driver's license
