• Leverage warm leads, referrals, and much more
• Present policies with confidence, close deals, and follow up like a pro
• Manage your sales funnel while receiving ongoing coaching, support, and mentorship

• Have a background in sales (insurance, retail, car, tech, B2B, inside/outside if you've sold, we want to talk!)
• Thrive in a goal-driven environment and love a good challenge
• Have excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Are highly self-motivated, organized, and ready to build a lasting career
• Can become licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (we help with this)
• Are based in Minnesota or open to relocating
