Position Overview

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and contributing to the company's financial health. This is a hybrid role based in Boston, offering the unique opportunity to earn equity in a high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
