Senior Finance Manager

A company is looking for a Global Senior Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for client portfolios

Develop and manage operating budgets and forecasts in collaboration with property management teams

Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for improved decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5-8 years of financial management experience

Strong proficiency in accounting principles (GAAP) and advanced Excel skills

Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems, preferably in real estate management

Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or similar) or progress toward certification

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities
