Key Responsibilities

Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery

Promote best practices and guide the team in accordance with company standards

Manage workloads, define team goals, and facilitate talent development through hiring and training

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

Claims background in Workers Compensation, indemnity / lost time

1 - 3 years of supervisory experience
