H&M Sales Advisor

Overview

Sales Advisor position at H&M. Role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, guiding customers through the store, and actively selling products. You will use fashion and product knowledge to provide relevant information and will contribute to garment care, presentation, and a clean, well-organized sales floor and back of house, in collaboration with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through the store, and support direct customer interactions to achieve sales targets.
• Engage with customers to discuss fashion trends, stories, and products across the store and promote our products effectively.
• Promote and sell products, actively encourage use of the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and participate in in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial or operational actions to help reach sales targets with the store management team.
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming; ensure garment care and maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms).
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices and processes; maintain merchandise displays and ensure stock levels through replenishment routines.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements relevant to the role.
