• Full-cycle recruiting, technical sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and ATS proficiency.
• Prospecting, pipeline management, lead generation, inside sales, and client engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Building relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting both candidates and clients.
• Multitasking, problem solving, process improvement, and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and applicant tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $65000.00 / yr.
