Program Manager, Marketing Operations
We are looking for a strong communicator who is organized, tech-savvy, and has strong project management skills to work on our Marketing Operations & Technology team. This is a highly collaborative and extremely detail-oriented role! Here is how you'll spend your day :

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field, plus 2+ years of proven work experience as a traffic coordinator, marketing analyst, marketing coordinator, or relevant role. Proven experience managing projects in matrixed organizations. Must be able to juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders. Must have strong interpersonal and decision-making skills. Need strong customer service skills as well as the ability to connect and interact with a wide variety of people. Ability to present ideas, negotiate and solve problems. Great listening, written and verbal communication skills. Experience using Confluence and Microsoft Teams, or similar tools. Experience using workflow management software, such as Wrike, JIRA, or other systems.
Annual travel to corporate office in Des Moines if working remote.
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $54000 - $98400 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC, and Raleigh, NC). You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
