State Licensed Real Estate Counsel

A company is looking for a Real Estate Counsel - Wireless.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a pipeline of deals and facilitate communication between various teams

Negotiate and draft documents for commercial real estate transactions

Coordinate due diligence activities and prepare recommendations for senior executives

Required Qualifications

4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, preferably in a law firm

Experience with solar / wind ground leases and / or wireless leases is preferred

Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state

Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Digital native with fluency in technology and remote work
