Physician Family Practice-Without OB - Competitive Salary

Job Description

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• BC / BE Family Medicine MD / DO
• YES to J-1 & H1b's
• SETTING : 100% outpatient
• full time = 35-hrs in clinic + 5 "admin" hours
• Extremely flexible to hit 35-hrs in clinic & 5 "admin" hours - DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN OFFICE for Admin Hours
• Most providers look similar to : 3-days (8-5 : 30), 1-day (8-7)pm, 1-day "admin" at home if they need to catch up
• 20-24 patients per dayaverage
• PAYOR MIX (across WHN) : 65% Medicare / Medicaid | 30% Commercial | 5% Self Pay
• all ages - w / PD being part-time, the FM will see all ages, cradle to grave, on days w / o PD in clinic

COMPENSATION :

COMP MODEL 1 (new provider) : Salary + Enculturation Bonus

COMP MODEL 2 (production) : Salary + Production Bonus Incentive
