About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Sales for North America to spearhead growth and lead the Account Executive team. This pivotal role is focused on driving the sales strategy, shaping go-to-market approaches, and expanding publisher relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, building, and closing complex enterprise software deals, with a strong emphasis on managing, mentoring, and forecasting for a growing sales team. A key aspect of the position is to help the company achieve its ambitious revenue targets, making it essential for the Head of Sales to have a proven track record in closing $1M+ ARR enterprise deals and building high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate for the Head of Sales position at the company is a senior ad-tech leader with a background in privacy-first publisher monetization. The role requires a player-coach mentality, where the Head of Sales will be actively involved in the sales process while also providing leadership and support to the team. Experience in this area is crucial, as the company is at a pivotal growth moment and is looking for someone who can help define the future of privacy-safe advertising. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates on the East Coast, and offers the opportunity to work with industry leaders in a dynamic and innovative environment.
