We’re seeking a creative and driven Brand & Sales Manager to help improve our brand and grow our sales channels—online and in person. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with clients, developing marketing strategies, and taking initiative in a small business environment.

Responsibilities :

Manage and grow our online sales platforms, including website, social media, and marketplaces

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase brand awareness

Reach out to potential clients and maintain relationships with existing customers

Assist with in-store sales, providing expert guidance to clients on our rug collections

Collaborate with the team to create campaigns, promotions, and visual content

Track sales metrics and provide insights for improvement

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively in all interactions

Requirements :

Motivated, self-driven, and able to take initiative in a small business environment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Experience with online sales, digital marketing, and social media platforms preferred

Ability to assist with in-store sales and engage with clients effectively

Professional appearance and attitude; must dress nicely for client interactions

• Comfortable working in a team and independently
