• $23.50 - $29.00 + $4.00 hourly bonus potential, depending on experience.

YOUR ROLE AS A SKILLED PAINTING PROFESSIONAL

As a Skilled Painting Professional, you arrive on site with a clear focus, setting up your equipment, assessing the scope, and getting to work with skill and efficiency. You paint walls, ceilings, and trim without supervision, using both hand tools and airless sprayers with confidence. Throughout the job, you monitor your production rate, troubleshoot any slowdowns, and maintain a tidy workspace that's both safe and client-ready. You share observations with the job site manager, help guide junior team members when needed, and represent the Pearl standard in every brushstroke.
