Planet Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Columbia, South Carolina.

Job Description & Requirements

Stepdown PATIENT RATIO OF at least 1 : 3

Must have at least 1 year of ICU + IICU stepdown exp and large teaching hospital size exp.

Must have previous ICU / IICU stepdown experience with acuity of at least 3 : 1 and ventilator experience REQUIRED.

Must have experience with trauma related injuries such as head injuries, spinal cord injuries, and surgical care that are common on our unit

Average Daily Census – 20 (21 beds total)

Staffing Ratios 7 RNs, 3 : 1 maximum

Epic experience REQUIRED

Locals accepted : YES if over 100 miles or 50 miles for Night shift

Pending License accepted : No

RTO Restrictions : ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs.

Guaranteed Hours : Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

Experience : 1+ yr
