Experienced Leasing Professional

We seek an experienced leasing professional based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to join our Sonoma Grande Apartments team. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and build rapport with prospects and residents.

Sonoma Grande Apartments (336 units) 9303 East 81st Tulsa, OK 74133

Compensation : $15 - $17 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses

What You Will Do :

• Engage and welcome guests upon entering
• Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents
• Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment / community, overcome objections, and lease apartments
• Follow up and follow through with prospects and residents to complete tasks promptly
• Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents to policy and procedures
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs
• Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service
• Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests
• Be dependable for Saturday working hours and several days during the week
