About the Role

Were looking for an Ironworker II (entry level position)that is a role that is designed for individuals eager to start a career in the steel industry. This position offers hands-on training alongside experienced tradespeople, providing opportunities to learn material handling, blueprint reading, and safe steel erection practices. Perfect for motivated, safety-minded individuals ready to grow in construction, even without prior ironworking experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Steel Assembly Support

Learn and assist with the installation and alignment of steel beams, columns, and other components under the guidance of skilled ironworkers.

Commit to safety by following all company protocols and learning to recognize and address potential hazards on the job site.

Work closely with crew members, supervisors, and project leaders to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
