Jr. Tax Case Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Junior Case Managers will assist the Case Manager with providing their Tax Professionals all the necessary information needed for the Pro to determine what the best resolution option is for their clients.

As a Junior Case Manager, you will operate as the Case Managers primary point of contact for any tax resolution documents from the clients, who work in tandem with our Tax Professionals to ensure that clients are updated, informed, and up to date with their documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Collecting & checking quality of documents.
• Communicating with clients & obtaining all pending requests.
• Manage a large client base.
• Monitor client's files to ensure no documents or information is pending to move cases forward.
• Provide continuously excellent customer service.
