JOB SUMMARY :

The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring overnight and / or weekend runs of critical batch jobs using automated job scheduling software (OpCon). Additional responsibilities include reviewing and updating variants for special production requests and form-printing tasks. The role also performs quality assurance on printed forms, supports planned outages and disaster recovery activities as needed, and collaborates with customers to troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and coordinate modifications to OpCon-scheduled jobs.

Candidates must be able to follow detailed instructions, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and work independently with minimal supervision.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Atleast one year of batch monitoring experience.

SALARY : $34,760.04 - $40,374.00 / annually
