Job descriptionEnsures accuracy of account information for new and renewal policies and endorsements. Audits for accuracy in rating, typing, coverages and signatures. Markets both new and renewal accounts. Identifies account coverages that should be added or expanded. Maintains accounts and activities per Agency procedures. Serves as a mentor, positive role model and trainer to staff. Performs annual Employee Performance Appraisals for team members. Resolve Employee Relations issues with assistance from Human Resources. Attends client meeting with or without Producer as needed. Other duties as assigned. Travel is expected to be 30% in this role. Professional designations, preferred Leadership and / or people management experience, directly or indirectly, strongly preferred 8+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance with 5+ years of experience of independently managing a book at an insurance agency Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including EPIC Agency Management Software; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
Property And Casualty Licensed Commercial Lines Team Leader
AssuredPartners of Colorado is excited to add a Property and Casualty licensed Commercial Lines Team Leader to provide high level support and mentorship to team members, including Account Coordinators and Account Managers in Denver, CO!
The Team Leader maintains and strategizes business retention, and serves as representative of the team to Management, in partnership with the Department Manager. This role requires a significant degree of independent judgment and discretion.
