Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team. This role is ideal for an attorney passionate about advocating for injured clients and ready to take ownership of cases from filing through verdict or settlement.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a full litigation caseload, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Work closely with clients, experts, and medical professionals to develop case strategy
• Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial
• Supervise pre-litigation handoffs and coordinate with support staff
