Product Implementation Manager

IT Implementation Manager (IM)

Pay rate 50-55 / hr w2 3 months contract. Responsible for leading the entire lifecycle of new technology deployment, including networking and end-user devices within the organization. This role will work with several stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and successfully deployed to end-users.

Own the Implementation Lifecycle : Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of IT implementation projects (including networking, device hardware, and infrastructure), ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational goals.

Develop Project Documentation : Create detailed implementation plans, deployment schedules, roadmaps, scopes, resource schedules, go-live, and turn-over documentation.

Budget and Resource Management : Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including budget, and external vendor to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Coordinate : Coordinate cross-functional teams (including networking services, product owners, business analysis, End User Support, Design & Construction and EPIC teams) to ensure a cohesive and smooth deployment process Manage Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the point of contact for project stakeholders, and end-users, providing clear, transparent, and regular status reports and performance metrics.

Risk Mitigation : Proactively identify potential risks, obstacles, and dependencies that could impede project progress and develop robust mitigation strategies.

Quality Control : Oversee testing phases and ensure all implemented solutions adhere to predefined quality standards, performance benchmarks, and security policies.

Troubleshooting : Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues that arise during the implementation and stabilization phases, coordinating with technical teams for swift resolution.

Post-Implementation Review : Conduct post-deployment evaluations to assess project success, gather user feedback, and document best practices and lessons learned to continuously refine the implementation methodology.
