Clarion Clinical Site Director

Job Description – Full Time Outpatient Site Director

Location :   Clarion, PA

Basic Function :

• Supervise and direct the delivery of clinical treatment in the Outpatient Mental Health Services in the Clarion location.
• Provide ongoing supervision for outpatient mental health assessment and counseling services to adults and children.
• Develop and implement necessary training for Outpatient Mental Health staff providing direct service to clients in coordination with the Compliance Officer.
• Manage relationships with insurance companies and various government entities.
• Assist with the coordination of care for clients by accessing other resources within Family Psychological Associates and the community as needed.
• Coordinate services with independently contracted psychiatrists and psychologists.
• Provide direct and indirect mental health and social services (individual, family, group therapy, diagnostic assessment, community support program, consultation, etc.) to clients and their families when indicated.
• Provide clinical guidance to other programs within the FPA family of programs as necessary.
