Family Medicine physician job in Virginia : Washington DC area has an immediate need for a Primary Care physician. There are no after-hours or on-call duties. A base salary of between $230,000 to $240,000, along with a potential up to $15,000 annual bonus based on performance indicators..  50% of premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, and vision insurance, provide malpractice insurance, and offer a 401K plan to secure your future..  There are no after-hours or on-call duties.  Significant ancillary staff and a virtual assistant / scribe to reduce your administrative load..  Enjoy a $1500 annual allowance for Continuing Medical Education (CME) and reimbursement for Virginia medical license and DEA fees..
