Legal Assistant / Paralegal Virtual Support Position

The Paralegal will be responsible for a variety of legal matters related to the Companys shopping center portfolio including those listed below. Independently manage Legal workflow functions.

Draft and negotiate lease amendments to modify or extend existing leases

Draft and negotiate other agreements, including licenses, terminations, assignments

Research relevant property documents (tenant leases, reciprocal easement agreements, etc.) Familiarity with property and business law concepts

~ Strong project management skills to be able to simultaneously create work product while remaining flexible to ongoing daily requests.

~ Demonstrated experience prioritizing multiple documents simultaneously, working under pressure and adhering to tight weekly deadlines.

~ Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

~ Ability to be proactive and demonstrate initiative in projects and tasks.
