Job descriptionLead and mentor accounting and finance teams Oversee corporate consolidations across multiple entities Manage internal reporting, reconciliations, and compliance Drive cash forecasting and monthly close processes Prepare and review financial statements and reports Ensure adherence to GAAP / IFRS and advise on technical accounting matters Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors Implement and improve accounting systems and processes Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Proven leadership and team management skills Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively across all levels Flexible work arrangements Competitive compensation and benefits Direct interaction with senior leadership Fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture
