Job Description

Only candidates in a commutable distance to Fresno or Stockton, CA area will be considered. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Field Representative! As a Field Representative you will be establishing and building relationships in local and regional markets. Promoting energy efficient products / services, and program requirements, and communicate program changes, support sales forecasts.

For this role, you're a great fit if you can Promote energy efficient products to retail associates and consumers through in-store merchandising, promotions, and training Schedule promotion events and document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers Manage and promptly resolve customer concerns Record and track customer interactions in accordance with corporation's procedures Establish and maintain relationships with store personnel and managers Log and manage daily visits in program reporting portal Travel throughout a defined territory using company provided vehicle

In this exciting opportunity, you will have 1-2+ Years' relevant retail / merchandizing experience preferred Must be willing to travel approximately 80% of the time through a designated territory, with occasional overnight stays required

Target Compensation : $23.20 Compensation Range $20.10 - $29.40 Currency USD Type Hourly Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD / technology), for example.
