Project Managers needed in Florida - Large-Scale Industrial / Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction Projects
A well established company based in the Orlando, Florida area, is currently seeking several Project Managers and Site Superintendents for Direct-Hire opportunities with their team.

Project Manager rates are anticipated to start between $100,000 and $130,000 based on each candidates experience and education;
we are willing to pay more for the right skills and experience. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.

Qualified Project Managers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience :
Project Management experience with Large Scale Construction projects, or Industrial / Municipal Wastewater Treatment plants.
Typical projects range from $1 to $100 Million.
- Exceptional communication skills, must work with Customers and diverse cross-functional teams.
- Efficiently manage entire project including overseeing design, deliverables, construction, schedule, budget, milestones, and go from project launch to customer signoff.
- BS Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a closely related degree is a benefit, but not essential. Equivalent relevant experience will be strongly considered.
- Able to travel 25% (typically local travel- some travel to additional facilities and vendors could be necessary - predominantly within the US).
Must be able to work in the US, and complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
